What's included in every plan?
Everything. Every student plan and institutional tier includes the complete SYNTAX experience — no features are gated. The only variable is how many encounters you get.
Can a student upgrade mid-month?
Yes. You pay the difference and your new encounter allocation applies immediately.
What happens when encounters run out?
Student encounters reset on your monthly renewal date; institutional encounters reset annually. Beyond your plan, extra encounters are billed pay-as-you-go at ₹299 each — only if you turn it on.
Is there a free trial?
The Scout pack is our trial — 3 encounters for ₹999. Complete your first consultation and you'll know exactly what SYNTAX is worth.
How do institutional contracts work?
Annual contracts, invoiced upfront. We handle onboarding and support from day one, and can run a structured pilot first.
